If you require different terms than those on this page please advise your sales consultant upon completion of your order.

Terms & Conditions

All services must be paid in full five (5) business days prior to event
unless other credit arrangements have been made.

To use a credit card an authorization form must be provided.
To facilitate this, a link is provided on the menu to the left.

Both internet and PDF formats are supported.

A 3% credit card charge will be added to the total invoice.

Overtime for performers will be charged after the event
at the rate specified in the contract.

Charges for missing or damaged rental items will be
charged will be charged after the event.

Charges for delays caused by union load in or load out requirements will be charged at the rate of $100.00 per hour waiting time.

Parking charges for delivery and performing personnel will
be added to all contracts and invoices.

Certificate of insurance will be provided and/or assigned upon request.
