Monica brings an incredible dimension to the event business - starting  in 1984 as senior coordinator for ABC and the Los Angeles Olympics and going on to major motion pictures as production coordinator for Hollywood notables Oliver Stone - Steven Spielberg & Martin Scorsese.

Her event resume is a who's who of Fortune 500 companies and her reputation for outstanding production and design is international.




Our catering division's creative spark is our own Chef Tom.


Raised in the kitchens of New York City, he's a Culinary Institute of America graduate - instructor of young apprentices in Burgenstock, Switzerland - top-rated chef in New York and award winning restaurant owner.


Our produce is organically grown and delivered fresh from local farms to ensure quality. Cholesterol free corn and olive oil guarantee our food and service to be exceptional. 



Design & Fabrication


A Southern California native, Joey has been involved in a variety of design fields for nearly a decade. 


After earning his Bachelor of Science from the Art Institute of California, he began designing elements for the special events industry.


Clients include Heineken USA, Land Rover, Wells Fargo, Allergan, Experian, Aston Martin, Dannon, and the TED Conferences to name a few.
