What should we include in our message?

Share whatever you know so far: the occasion, goal, date or timing, guest count, location, budget range, and any ideas you're excited about. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

How far in advance should we contact you?

The earlier, the better — especially for large-scale events, popular dates, or projects with significant design and production needs. When our schedule allows, we can also support shorter timelines.

Can you help us find a venue?

Yes. Venue research and selection can be included as part of our planning services. We consider guest count, location, budget, style, catering needs, entertainment plans, and production logistics before recommending options.

Can you work with vendors we already have?

Absolutely. We can collaborate with venues, caterers, or vendors you have already selected, then help complete the design, logistics, and production plan around them.

How involved will we need to be?

That depends on how you like to work. Some clients want to be involved in every creative decision, while others prefer to approve key recommendations and let our team manage the details.

Do you work with a minimum event budget?

Certain services or event types may require a minimum overall investment. During the initial conversation, we'll discuss your priorities and anticipated budget to determine the best fit.

How do we reserve our event date?

Your date is officially reserved once the planning agreement is signed and the required initial retainer is received. Because availability is limited, dates cannot be held without a completed agreement and payment.
